Why – The customer needed to upgrade print quality and us to run the whole project from start to finish, including the logistical organisation and project managing for the relocation, dismantling, crating, shipping & installation.

What – Schiavi gearless 8 colour Flexographic printing machine

How – D&D dismantled the machine to facilitate the shipment of it into containers and the 20 Tonne C.I. printing unit that was vacuum-packed inside a robust and secure wooden crate, to ensure it arrived in Jamaica in good condition to then reinstall and commission.

Results – Flexpak are now a regular customer of ours.
